Iberia Medical Center- Façade Enhancement

The façade of Iberia Medical Center’s south wing was in need of desperate remediation improvements to correct a water intrusion issue while still being in-service and operational. Enhanced waterproofing, new glazing, and new exterior cladding was introduced as well new sun shade overhangs over each level of glazing for added sun and glare protection to the patient rooms. The opportunity allowed for the building’s main façade to be enhanced to reflect the medical center’s dedication to advancements to servicing the medical needs of the community.
