By meeting the expansion needs of Iberia Medical Center, this new Medical Office Building provides a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant medical office space. Each suite was based on a primary floor plan with custom design needs for special uses and tailored to the business’s function and interior design aesthetics. The Office building’s exterior materials are reminiscent of the main hospitals material palette in ensure continuity in the campus environment.
