This mixed-use development presented to the client an opportunity to evaluate the potential direction for a large multi acre site into a new urbanism concept study. The focus was on creating live/work units within a walkable neighborhood containing a wide range of housing and job types. The development was divided into multi-phase zones for flexibility to planning and construction.
