Project Description:

 

Located in the heart of the downtown and along the banks of the Bayou Teche, this underutilized City-owner property was studied and planned into a newly enhanced festival grounds master plan. Design focused on providing a public space that can support a variety of events as well as a park space along the waterway. An adjacent vacant building is planned to under go a conversion into an open-air market space.
