Felicite’s Landing is a thoughtfully designed boat landing and dock situated in New Iberia's historic commercial district, behind Bouligny Plaza along the Bayou Teche. This project pays homage to the area's rich maritime heritage, as it occupies the site where historic paddle wheel steamboats once docked. The architecture blends modern functionality with elements that reflect the town's cultural legacy, offering both residents and visitors a connection to New Iberia’s waterways. Felicite’s Landing adds to the waterfront developments along the Bayou Teche, promoting recreational boating and enhancing access to the bayou for the community.
