The Lake Bruin Lake House

Nestled on the banks of a picturesque lake, The Lake Bruin lake house took the modern forms of a midcentury ranch home and built upon the homes existing floor plan to introduce contemporary comforts. The multi-level interior was preserved while introducing spatial continuity between the great room and kitchen/dining area in order to extend views of the lake from deep inside the home. A sweeping screened rear porch was added for outdoor enjoyment and viewing of the lake.
