The Renoudet Building Exterior Restoration

Situated on a prominent corner in the downtown historic district, the restoration of the Renoudet Building allowed for a complete exterior restoration of the previous façade work and to uncover the building’s original arched brick openings. Using historic photos, a new steel wrap-around balcony with historic railing and column details was added to match the original design.
