The Village Shopping Center

Project Description:

Built in the 1950s as one of the first large scale retail centers in the community, The Village Shopping Center underwent a façade enhancement to introduce a contemporary retail aesthetic to help revive complex. Modern forms and roof elements were added to the façade to re appropriate the scale of the overall shopping center building. A continuous covered arcade was preserved and enhanced to allow for protected pedestrian circulation between the businesses.
